Title: Pineapple-Cocoa Icing

3 | tb | Butter |
1/4 | c | Unsweetened frozen pineapple |
| | Juice concentrate, thawed |
2 | tb | Unsweetened cocoa |
1/4 | c | Instant powdered milk |
1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
In a small saucepan combine butter and pineapple juice concentrate. Bring
to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and immediately stir in cocoa
and powdered milk until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Allow to cool 10
minutes before spooning over desert. Allow icing to set on dessert at room
temperature, and store refrigerated.
