Title: Pineapple-Cocoa Icing

Yield: 1 Cup

3tbButter
1/4cUnsweetened frozen pineapple
  Juice concentrate, thawed
2tbUnsweetened cocoa
1/4cInstant powdered milk
1tsVanilla extract

In a small saucepan combine butter and pineapple juice concentrate. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and immediately stir in cocoa and powdered milk until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Allow to cool 10 minutes before spooning over desert. Allow icing to set on dessert at room temperature, and store refrigerated.
