Title: Holiday Snow Peas

1/4 | lb | Fresh snow peas; stem and strings removed -=OR=- |
2 | pk | (6 oz)frozen snow peas; |
2 | | Scallions; trimmed & sliced |
2 | oz | (1 jar) pimentos; drained |
1 | tb | Sherry -=OR=- |
1 | tb | Sherry vinegar; |
Spray a wok or nonstick skillet lightly with cooking spary. Place snow
peas and scallions in the wok or skillet, and stir-fry over medium-high
heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Add pimentos and sherry. Stir-fry
one minute longer. Peas should be bright and crisp. Serve hot. Food
