3 | oz | Crabmeat; cooked |
1 | tb | Celery; diced |
1 | tb | Onion; diced |
2 | ts | Reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
1 | ts | Fresh lemon juice |
1/4 | ts | Hot pepper sauce |
2 | sl | Reduced-calorie whole-wheat bread |
3/4 | oz | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
Preheat broiler. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread and cheese. Spread mixture evenly on each slice of bread. Place on broiler pan; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly, about 2 minutes. 1 serving. This serving provides: 1 fat, 2-1/2 protein, 1/4 vegetable, 1 bread.
