Title: Low-Fat Radish Raita

Yield: 2 1/2 cups
1 1/2 | c | Plain nonfat yogurt |
1 | c | Radishes; finely chopped |
2 | ts | Ginger; fresh, minced |
1/8 | ts | Curry powder |
1 | ds | Cayenne |
This traditional Indian dish can be prepared in a number of ways just by substituting the vegetable called for eg. try chopped cucumber or green bell peppers.
Combine all the ingredients and serve chilled as a dip, vegetable side dish, salad or accompaniment to either curries or grilled meats.
Per 1/4 cup serving: 0 fat, 1 mg chol, 23 cal, 1 g fibre and 26 mg sodium.
