Title: Bolognese Sauce

400 | g | Lean minced beef (13oz) |
1 | c | Water |
1 | Garlic clove, finely chopped | |
1 | md | Onion, finely sliced |
1 | tb | Tomato paste |
1 | c | Celery diced |
1 | md | Carrot, peeled and diced |
1 | tb | Fresh oregano (or 1ts dried) |
1 1/2 | c | Dry white wine |
3 | md | Tomatoes, roughly chopped |
Freshly ground lack pepper |
1. Place beef, water, garlic & onion in non-stick frypan. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. 2. Add remaining ingredients & simmer cover 30 minutes. Serve with freshly cooked pasta
