Title: Dry Beef Dip

Yield: 3 Servings
1 | 8 inch pie plate | |
8 | oz | Cream cheese |
2 | tb | Milk |
3 | oz | Dry chopped beef |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
1/4 | c | Green pepper, chopped |
2 | tb | Onion, chopped |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1/4 | ts | Garlic salt |
1/2 | c | Chopped pecans |
2 | tb | Butter |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
Saute pecans in butter and salt; set aside. Mix all other ingredients together and place in a small casserole. Top with pecan mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Spread on crackers. Randy Rigg
