Title: Water Chestnut Dip

8 | oz | Sour cream |
1 | c | Mayonnaise |
16 | oz | Water chestnuts; drained and finely chopped |
1/4 | c | Onion; chopped |
1/4 | c | Parsley, fresh; chopped |
3/4 | ts | Soy sauce |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Chill. Serve dip with potato chips or crackers.
