Title: Water Chestnut Dip

8ozSour cream
1cMayonnaise
16ozWater chestnuts; drained and finely chopped
1/4cOnion; chopped
1/4cParsley, fresh; chopped
3/4tsSoy sauce
1/2tsSalt

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Chill. Serve dip with potato chips or crackers.
