Title: Smoky Beef Dip

Yield: 2 Cups
2 | c | Cottage cheese |
3 1/2 | oz | Beef, smoked sliced; finely chopped |
1 | tb | Onion; minced |
1 | tb | Parsley; chopped |
Pepper; to taste |
Beat cottage cheese until it's fairly smooth; add remaining ingredients and blend well. Serve as dip for crisp vegetables.
