6 To 8 Roma or med tomatoes
1 Fresh jalapeno pepper, peeled, seeded, chopped
1/2 Green bell pepper, coarsley chopped
2clGarlic, minced
1/2tsSalt
1tsMrs Dash garlic herb mix
2tbCilantro
2tbLemon juice
1/2cRed onion, finely chopped

Put three tomatoes, jalapeno, bell pepper, garlic, salt, mrs dash, cilantro, and lemon juice into blender. Pulse until just blended. Hand chop remaining tomatoes and mix with blended ingredients.
