6 | Red bell peppers | |
1 | c | Walnuts |
1 | c | Fine bread crumbs |
1 | c | Olive oil |
6 | Cloves garlic, pressed | |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Black pepper |
1/2 | ts | Cayenne pepper |
Dice peppers, process in food processor or blender with walnuts until finely chopped but not pasty. Mix with rest, refrigerate until serving. Eat with pita as for hummus or baba ghanouj.
