1mdOnion, chopped
2cPotatoes, diced and peeled
2cWater
1/2tsDried oregano
1/2tsSalt
1/8tsWhite pepper
12ozReg. crab meat
1cWhole kernel corn
1lgTomato, peeled and chopped
1mdSize green pepper, chopped
1 1/2cHalf and half

Put onions, potatoes, water, oregano, salt and pepper in a large kettle. Bring to boil, lower heat and cook slowly covered for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Mix in crab meat, corn, tomatoes, green peppers. Continue cooking 5 minutes. Add half and half. Leave on low heat long enough to heat through. Serve at once or refrigerate one to two days, reheat over low heat. Do not boil. Serve with warm rolls or garlic bread.
