Title: Super Crab Chowder

Yield: 1 Servings

16ozFrozen Mixed Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots
3/4cWater
3 Green onions, thinly sliced
6tsInst. Chicken bouillon granules
1 (12 oz.) can Evaporated milk
4cMilk
1cWater
2tbCornstarch
8ozCream cheese, cubed
1lbImitation crabmeat, cut into chunks

Boil vegetables in a large kettle (with 3/4 cup water) until fork-tender. Add onions, bouillon and milks. Bring to a boil. Mix 1 cup water with cornstarch; add to soup. Stir in cream cheese; heat to boiling to dissolve the cheese.... stirring often. Add crabmeat. Heat to boiling (stirring), and serve.
