Title: Super Crab Chowder

Yield: 1 Servings
16 | oz | Frozen Mixed Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots |
3/4 | c | Water |
3 | Green onions, thinly sliced | |
6 | ts | Inst. Chicken bouillon granules |
1 | (12 oz.) can Evaporated milk | |
4 | c | Milk |
1 | c | Water |
2 | tb | Cornstarch |
8 | oz | Cream cheese, cubed |
1 | lb | Imitation crabmeat, cut into chunks |
Boil vegetables in a large kettle (with 3/4 cup water) until fork-tender. Add onions, bouillon and milks. Bring to a boil. Mix 1 cup water with cornstarch; add to soup. Stir in cream cheese; heat to boiling to dissolve the cheese.... stirring often. Add crabmeat. Heat to boiling (stirring), and serve.
