Mince lobster meat very finely and combine well with the coral until rather smooth. Add to it not quite as much fine bread crumbs and season to taste with salt, pepper, and a bit of cayenne pepper. Add about two tablespoons of melted butter (or a bit more if the bread is very dry) and make moist enough to hold together with the egg. Form into egg-shaped or round balls. Roll in remaining egg, then crumbs to coat, and fry in oil.
