Title: Parmesan Fish Fillets

1 1/2lbLean fish fillets 3/4" thick
3tbMargarine
1/8tsPepper
1tbFresh lemon juice
1tbWhite wine
3tbGrated parmesan cheese
  Paprika

Heat oven to 450 F. Cut fish into serving size pieces. Place margarine in 13 x 9 baking pan. Place pan in oven for 5 minutes to melt margarine. place fish in pan. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake for 5 minutes; turn. Sprinkle with lemon juice and white wine. Top with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until fish flakes easily at thickest part, about 5 minutes. Suggestioned fish: cod, bass, snapper, orange roughy, sole.
