1 1/2 | lb | Lean fish fillets 3/4" thick |
3 | tb | Margarine |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
1 | tb | Fresh lemon juice |
1 | tb | White wine |
3 | tb | Grated parmesan cheese |

Heat oven to 450 F. Cut fish into serving size pieces. Place margarine in
13 x 9 baking pan. Place pan in oven for 5 minutes to melt margarine.
place fish in pan. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake for 5 minutes; turn.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and white wine. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until fish flakes easily at thickest part,
about 5 minutes. Suggestioned fish: cod, bass, snapper, orange roughy,
sole.
