BAKE:
Place fish in greased baking dish. Brush with 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper, and dill weed or basil. Bake 425 degrees 15-20 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
MICROWAVE:
Cut fish in serving pieces; place in microwave dish. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. each melted margrine and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dill weed. Microwave MEDIUM 5 minutes; rotate dish and cook MEDIUM 3-4 minutes until fish flakes. Serve with lemon wedges.
BROIL:
Place fish on oiled broiler pan. Brush with 1 Tbsp. oil. Season with lemon pepper. Broil 4 inches from heat 5-6 minutes until fish flakes. Serve with lemon wedges.
