1 | cl | Garlic; minced |
1 | lg | Green bell pepper; sliced |
1/2 | bn | Green onions; chopped |
4 | oz | Snow peas |
8 | oz | Fresh mushrooms |
1 | lb | Scallops, large |
1/4 | c | White wine |
1/2 | c | Milk |
Recipe by: from Partners in the Kitchen Heat oil in large skillet. Saute
garlic, green pepper and green onions until tender. Add snow peas and
mushrooms. Saute until tender-crisp. Add scallops. Cook for 4 minutes,
stirring frequently. Add wine. cook for 1 minute, stirring often. Stir in
milk. cook until heated through. Serve over hot cooked linguine.
