1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | tb | Prepared mustard |
1 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 | ts | Tabasco sauce |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Red pepper |
1 | sm | Onion; finely diced |
1 | tb | Bell pepper; finely diced |
1/2 | c | Cracker meal |
1 | lb | White crabmeat |
Recipe by: from "Voila!" (Jr League of Lafayette, LA) Beat eggs in mixing
bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt, pepper,
onion, bell pepper and cracker meal. Mix thoroughly. Fold in crabmeat.
Place in 2-quart round casserole or individual crab shells. Bake in
preheated 325F oven 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
