2 1/2 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | Dry white wine |
2 | tb | Snipped parsley |
3/4 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
10 | Slices white bread,1/4" | |
2 | c | Shredded American cheese |
2 | cn | Small shrimp(4 1/2oz) |
Heat oven to 325'. Beat eggs, milk, wine, parsley, mustard and salt with rotary beater. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased baking dish, 11 3/4x7 1/2x1 3/4 inches. Bake uncovered until center is set, about 1 hour.
