Title: Lobster Salad

2cLobster meat; cooked
  Lettuce
1/3cOil, olive
2tbVinegar, wine
1/2tsSalt
6drHot sauce
1/4tsMustard, dry
1/2cMayonnaise
2cCelery; thinly sliced
1smOnion; minced

Cut lobster meat in pieces, and arrange on lettuce leaves. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over lobster. Chill for 1 hour or more.
