2 | tb | Butter |
2 | tb | Flour |
1 | c | Milk |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | lb | New York Cheddar, grated |
Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk, salt, and pepper; cook until thickened. Add cheese. Add crab last. Serve on puff pastry.
