Title: Louisiana Boil Spice Mix

Yield: 1 Cup
1/4 | c | Mustard seeds |
1/4 | c | Coriander seeds |
2 | tb | Dill seeds |
2 | tb | Whole allspice |
1 | tb | Ground cloves |
4 | Dried not red chilies, abt. | |
1 1/2" long, crumbled coarse | ||
3 | md | Bay leaves, finely crumbled |
Mix all together, store in tightly covered jar at room temperature.
