Title: Louisiana Boil Spice Mix

Yield: 1 Cup

1/4cMustard seeds
1/4cCoriander seeds
2tbDill seeds
2tbWhole allspice
1tbGround cloves
4 Dried not red chilies, abt.
  1 1/2" long, crumbled coarse
3mdBay leaves, finely crumbled

Mix all together, store in tightly covered jar at room temperature.
