1 | lg | Ripe red or yellow tomato, finely diced |
8 | md | Tomatillos, husked, rinsed and chopped |
1/4 | c | Minced red or yellow bell pepper |
2 | tb | Minced red onion |
1 | ts | Grated lime peel |
1 | tb | Lime juice |
Combine all ingredients. Use, or cover and chill up to 4 hours.
