1 Bay leaf; dried, crumbled
8 Cloves; whole
2tsWhole peppercorns
1 1/2tsJuniper berries; dried
6 Thyme; sprigs of, leavesonly

NOTE: This is for 25 lb s of any kind of meat. Mix well then crush or pound in a mortar and use as Salt in brines or for dry Salting.
