| 2 | c | Glycerin |
| 1 1/4 | c | Stearic acid |
| 1 | tb | Strong ammonia |
| 1/2 | ts | Powdered borax dissolved in |
| 1 | pt | Very warm water |
| 1/4 | | Bar paraffin |
| | | Perfume and coloring |
Put glycerin, papraffin and stearic acid in double boiler. Heat and stir
until wax melts. Add ammonia and beat until milky. Add borax and water
and beat for 10 minutes. Mixture becomes like whipped cream when cool, add
color and perfume. Excellent for hands that do the toughest kinds of work.
