Take 1 cup of epson salts and crush it up into a fine ppowder. Add about 10 dropps of essential or perfume oil (and a drop of food coloring if desired) and stir it up. Then let it dry out in a large pan overnight. Re-mix it the next day and stir until there are no lumps left. It should be ready to use. Add 1-2 T. to bath water. You can also add a T. of borax powder to your salts if you have hard water.

To make a liquid soap boil 1 c. of water and add 1 T. of unscented glycerine soap stirring until it dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in 15 drops essential or fragrance oil and let cool to room temperature. Bottle.
