1 | tb | Ginger, minced |
1 | tb | Vinegar rice wine |
2 | ts | Soy sauce |
1/2 | ts | Oil, sesame |
2 | tb | Shallot minced |
2 | tb | Lime juice |
1/4 | c | Oil, olive |
Pepper black to taste |
Combine all ingredients and whisk to blend well. Makes about 1/2 cup. Store in refrigerator for a short period. Serve with hearty salads, fish, beef, or vegetable chunks.
