Yield: 4 Cups
2 1/2 | c | Coriander seeds |
1 | c | Dried red chilies |
1/2 | c | Black peppercorns |
2/3 | c | Red lentils |
1/3 | c | Yellow split peas |
1 1/2 | ts | Cumin seeds |
1 | sm | Bunch curry leaves |
1 | ts | Turmeric |
Dry roast all ingredients except turmeric in a heavy saucepan until lightly colored. Grind all the ingredients to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container.
