Yield: 1 Cup

1/4cPickling spices
2tbMustard seeds
2tbBlack peppercorns
1tbCelery seeds
2tbDried hot red pepper flakes
2tsGround ginger
5 Bay leaves
2tsDried oregano
1tbMinced dried chives
1/4cSea salt

In food processor combine all ingredients and pulse to a fine powder. Store in an air-tight container.
