1 small bunch dill 1 or 2 dill blossoms zest of 1 lemon 1 garlic clove 1 quart white wine vinegar
Faster method: Place herbs in a large jar. Heat vinegar to boiling point and pour over herbs. Let steep until cool, strain and bottle with 1 or 2 fresh sprigs of herb.
