Title: Garlic Honey Cough Syrup

Yield: 1 Cup
12 | Garlic clove(s) peeled, lightly crushed | |
3/4 | c | Honey |
3 | tb | Brandy |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
In a small saucepan, combine garlic and honey. Cook over low heat for 15 min. Stir in brandy and lemon juice. Let stand until cool; strain into a jar.
Note: Use your own judgment as to how much of this to use.
