Title: Anti-Yeast Tea
Categories: Herb
Yield: 1 Servings
2 | Parts sage | |
2 | Parts raspberry leaf | |
2 | Parts mullein | |
1/4 | Part goldenseal root |
Use four to six Tbsp of the herb mixture per quart of water. Add the herbs to the cold water and bring to a simmer over low heat. Keep the pot covered. Remove the pot from the heat immediately and then let steep for 20 minutes. Strain. This tea will be quite bitter, so you may wish to mix it with cranberry juice.
