Title: Orange-Cilantro Herb Butter

Yield: 1 Cup
1 | c | Butter or margarine (8oz) |
1/3 | c | Cilantro leaves; chopped |
2 | tb | Orange peel; grated |
4 | ts | Orange flavored liqueur |

2 | ts | Orange flower water |
1/2 | ts | White pepper |
Stir all ingredients together until blended. Pack into a small crock or into butter molds and then chill.
