Title: Orange-Cilantro Herb Butter
Categories: Herb Sauce
Yield: 1 Cup

1cButter or margarine (8oz)
1/3cCilantro leaves; chopped
2tbOrange peel; grated
4tsOrange flavored liqueur
  . *OR*
2tsOrange flower water
1/2tsWhite pepper

Stir all ingredients together until blended. Pack into a small crock or into butter molds and then chill.
