8 | oz | Can jellied cranberry sauce |
2 1/2 | tb | Commercial steak sauce |
1 1/2 | ts | Brown sugar |
1 1/2 | ts | Vegetable oil |
1 | ts | Prepared oil |
1 | ts | Prepared mustard |
1 | | 1-inch-thick fully-cooked ham slice (about 2 pounds) |
Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well. Trim excess fat from ham slice.
Place ham in a lightly greased 13" x 9" x 2" pan; broil 5 to 6 inches from
heat 15 minutes. Turn ham, and spoon cranberry sauce mixture on top. Broil
