1/4 | c | Butter or margerine |
1/2 | c | Biscuit mix |

Sprinkle coconut into the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over coconut and bake at 350 for about 45 to 55 minutes or until a knife come out clean
