Title: Red Pepper Salsa

3/4cPepper red bell chopped fine
2tbOnion minced
1/2tsSambal oelek,or to taste
1 1/2cTomatoes seeded, chopped
2tbOil, olive

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes about 2 cups Store for short periods in the refrigerator. Serve with chicken, beef, or blue corn tortilla chips.
