2 | tb | Soy sauce |
1/2 | c | Coffee; black |
3 | lb | Brisket |
1/2 | c | Catsup |
1/2 | c | Chili sauce |
1/2 | c | Honey |
1/3 | c | Worchestershire sauce |
1 | c | Garlic; minced |
Sear meat on all sides and place in a dutch oven with the above combined ingredients. Simmer on stove top until done- 2 1/2 - 3 hours or in a 325 degree oven for the same time. to serve, slice on the diagonal. recipe from PURITY SUPERMARKET FLYER. SEPTEMBER 1991
