1 | lb | Red cabbage, shredded |
1 | lb | White cabbage, shredded |
1/4 | c | Lemon juice |
1/4 | c | Olive oil |
2 | ts | Salt, or to taste |
Contrasting colors make this an attractive salad. What we call white cabbage is really tender inner leaves of a regular green cabbage. But all parts of cabbage may be used. 1. Toss everything together. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve cool.
