| 4 | | 1" thick pork chops |
| 2 | tb | Dark mustard |
| 1 | | Small onion, chopped |
| 12 | oz | Beer |
Arrange pork chops in 8 inch square microwave baking dish with meatiest
portions toward outside. Spread with mustard. Sprinkle with onion. pour
beer over all. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate to marinate
2-3 hours. To cook, turn back one corner of plastic wrap to vent and
microwave at Medium setting 30-40 minutes, rotating dish and rearranging
pork chops every 15 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with potatoes.
