2 | lb | Left over roast beef |
1 | lg | Onion |
2 | pk | Bovril powder |
1/2 | c | Water |
Mashed potatoes |
Grind the roast beef. Saute the onion and add bovril, water, and beef. Cook for a short time. Put in a casserole. Top with mashed potatoes and put in 375 F oven for about 30 minutes. Brown under broiler.
