Title: Spicy Ham Loaf

3/4 | c | Syrup, dark corn |
2 | ts | Mustard, dry |
1/3 | c | Vinegar |
3 | c | Ham; ground (about 1-1/2lbs) |
2 | c | Pork; ground (1 lb.) |
1 | c | Breadcrumbs, fine dry |
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Apple juice |
1 | tb | Onion, minced |
1/2 | ts | Mustard; dry |
1/2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
Combine corn syrup, 2 teaspoon dry mustard, and vinegar in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove syrup from heat, and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Place meat mixture in a greased 13x9x2" baking pan, and shape into 12x4" loaf. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, basting every 15 minutes with syrup mixture.
