Title: Peanut Buttered Pork Loin

5 | lb | Pork loin roast, boneless |
1/4 | c | Peanut butter |
1/2 | c | Orange juice |
Balance pork loin on spit; roast over medium coals about 3-1/2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 185 degrees to the well-done stage. Combine peanut butter and orange juice and brush roast with this mixture while the roast cooks for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
