Title: Lemon Marmalade Chops

  Oil
  Lemon Pepper
4 Boneless Loin Chops
2tbCider Vinegar
4tbLemon Marmalade

Heat skillet over medium-high heat, brush with oil. Sprinkle lemon pepper over both sides of chops. Add chops to skillet and panbroil 5 minutes each side. Remove chops from pan and keep warm.

Carefully add vinegar and lemon marmalade to pan, stirring and scraping up any brown bits. Pour pan sauce over chops to serve.

Serving Suggestion: Green Salad, buttered rigatoni, hot rolls.
