Title: Swiss Steak (Crock Pot)

2 | lb | Round steak 1" thick |
1/4 | c | Flour |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | Stalk celery, chopped | |
2 | Carrots, chopped | |
1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
1/2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | cn | (16oz) whole tomatoes |
1/2 | c | Grated American cheese |
Cut steak into 4 servings, dredge in flour with salt. Place in pot. Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomatoes over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours. Just before serving sprinkle with grated cheese.
