Title: Swiss Steak (Crock Pot)

2lbRound steak 1" thick
1/4cFlour
1tsSalt
1 Stalk celery, chopped
2 Carrots, chopped
1/4cChopped onion
1/2tsWorcestershire sauce
1cn(16oz) whole tomatoes
1/2cGrated American cheese

Cut steak into 4 servings, dredge in flour with salt. Place in pot. Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomatoes over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours. Just before serving sprinkle with grated cheese.
