15 | | Lasagne noodles |
2 | c | Cottage cheese |
1 | | Egg |
1/4 | ts | Onion salt |
1 | c | Grated cheddar cheese |
2 | c | Cooked mashed potatoes |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Onion salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
1 | c | Butter or margerine |
1 | c | Chopped onions |
Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Line bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix
cottage cheese egg and first amount of onion salt together. Spoon over the
noodles and cover with another layer of noodles. Mix cheese with potatoe
salt and second amount of onion salt. Spread over noodles cover with layer
of noodles. Melt butter in frying pan and saute onions until clear and
soft. Pour over noodles. Cover and bake at 30 minutes at 350. Let stand
10 minutes before cutting. Serve with sour cream. From Company's Coming
