Title: Spicey Beef Brisket

4 | lb | Beef brisket, flat half |
24 | oz | Salsa sauce |
12 | oz | Beer |
6 | Pita breads, cut in half | |
1 | Lettuce head - shredded | |
3 | Tomatoes - chopped |
Trim fat from brisket. Place in ungreased baking dish, 13 1/2 by 9 by 2 inches. Mix salsa sauce and beer; pour over meat. Cover tightly. Bake in 325 degree oven 3 1/2 hours or until tender. Remove beef; slice across the grain. Stuff pita bread with lettuce and beef slices; top with tomatoes. Serve with additional salsa sauce if desired.
