1/2 | c | Bread crumbs |
1/2 | ts | Garlic powder; salt |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/3 | c | Tomato paste; or katsup |
2 | oz | Mushrooms;sliced opt. |
1 | c | Cheddar cheese;sharp shred |
1/4 | ts | Oregano |
2 | tb | Parmesan cheese; grated |
1/2 | pk | Pepperoni; opt |
DIRECTIONS ~------------------------------------------------------ ~---
Combine ground meat with milk, bread crumbs, and garlic. Press into shape
of pie plate (9 in) Spread tomato paste over meat . (optional, place
pepperoni over this) Top with cheddar cheese, (or mottzerella) , sprinkle
with oregano, then parmesan cheese. bake at
375 for about 25 min.
