Title: Pineapple Pepper Olive Pizza

2tbOlive or vegetable oil
1tbChopped fresh basil or
1tsDried basil leaves, crushed
2tsChopped fresb or
1/2tsDried oregano leaves,crushed
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 (12-incb)pizza crust
1cRoasted red pepper strips,
  Drained
1cOr 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple
  Tidbits or chunks, drained
2cSliced ripe olives
1 1/2c(6 oz.) shredded mozzarella
  Cheese

Stir together oil, basil, oregano and garlic in small bowl. Brush mixture over crust. Top with red pepper, pineapple and olives over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 F 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Nutritional information per serving: 256 calories, 8 g fat (3g sat.), 11 mg cholesterol, 355 mg sodium, 34 g carbohydrate, 12 g protein.
