1/2 | c | Raw Sunflower Seeds |
3 | tb | Light Soy Sauce |
1 1/2 | ts | Lemon Juice |
2 | c | Parsley Leaves, packed |
1 | | Green Onion, chopped |
1 | lg | Clove Garlic |
1 | lb | Linguine |
Measure 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, soy sauce, lemon juice,
parsley, green onion and garlic into blender. Cover and process until
smooth. Gradually pour in remaining oil; continue processing until mixture
is just blended. Stir in remaining sunflower seeds. Cook linguine according
to directions; drain. Pour sauce over linguine; toss to combine. Serve
immediately.
