Title: Walnut & Cheese Cutlets

Yield: 4 Servings
6 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Grated cheese |
1/2 | c | Walnuts, chopped fine |
1 | c | Cracker crumbs |
1 | sm | Onion minced |
Salt/pepper to taste |
Beat eggs well, add other ingredients. Let stand for about 30 min. so eggs will absorb the dry ingredients. Make into patties. Brown on both sides in hot, oiled skillet. Put in baking dish and cover with tomato soup or sauce. (Optional sauce mixture: 1/2 cup whole milk, 1 envelope G.
